Throughout her career with many industries such as healthcare, aerospace, engineering, sales, and professional accounting, Erin has supported leaders and employees through complex HR matters while aligning people strategies with organizational goals. She has successfully led recruitment initiatives, change management projects, compensation programs, employee engagement strategies, and workplace health and safety programs across diverse business operations.

As the founder of Human Resources Solutions Niagara, Erin is passionate about helping businesses navigate HR challenges with professionalism, empathy, and practical solutions tailored to each organization’s unique needs. Her approach combines strategic insight with a collaborative and approachable leadership style, allowing businesses to feel supported while building compliant, high-performing workplaces.
